THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Demand Generation & Content Marketeer to join our team on a maternity cover basis for 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level marketer with expertise in content creation, SEO, and multi-channel marketing.

This role is part of the Commercial Division, and the Marketing Team drives and supports LandTech’s growth. This means leading potential new customers towards the business and making sure the current ones increasingly use our products to grow their businesses. We make sure that our target audience gets the right message at the right time, regardless of whether it is the first time they hear about us, or if they are already a LandTech champion.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our market presence and customer acquisition in the UK and supporting our global growth. You’ll own content creation and SEO strategies while supporting broader demand generation efforts to engage our target audience, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to business growth.


KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Designing and implementing demand generation strategies, choosing effective online and offline channels and tactics for engagement and lead generation.
  • Optimising campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion, aligning with sales team efforts.
  • Using key metrics to track campaign performance and refine strategies, and efficiently allocating resources for maximum ROI.
  • Leading the delivery of content that supports demand generation goals, directly creating it when required.
  • Working with Product Marketing to align top-of-the-funnel and bottom-of-the-funnel content, and collaborate to support each other's goals.
  • Shaping how organic and earned demand gen channels, such as SEO, PR, Social Media and Community, are used to drive awareness, traffic and leads generation.
  • Conducting research for market insights and segmentation to tailor campaigns.
  • Collaborating with external vendors to deliver on-demand gen strategies and campaigns.
  • Staying updated on trends and testing new marketing approaches for improved effectiveness.

EDUCATION, BACKGROUND & TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in executing multi-channel demand generation strategies.
  • Experience owning and driving content strategy
  • Understanding of SEO and its role in the inbound funnel
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing tactics, as well as familiarity of event execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing, focusing on lead generation.
  • Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Track record in data-driven campaign analysis and reporting.
