THE ROLE

This role is part of the New Business Department, which is responsible for driving new revenue growth. We show the world why our flagship product, LandInsight, is considered by many of the biggest and most respected names in the property industry to be the ‘go-to’ tool for site sourcing and assessment.

Reporting to the Head of New Business, this is a 100% new business acquisition role. You’ll be working to source, prospect, qualify, present and close new business…..and all the things in between. You will be selling ‘LandInsight’, the flagship product at LandTech and responsible for driving revenue and customer growth, helping our customers achieve their land acquisition and development goals!

As part of the New Business team at LandTech you will:

  • Drive lead generation and prospecting through multi channels - cold calls, emails, networking, social media.
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building a strong sales pipeline to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver confident and compelling prospect discovery, identifying and understanding challenges then implementing solutions for success.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, Product on platform development and innovation, and the Customer Growth team on smooth and seamless onboarding.
  • Continuously learn and keep up to date on industry trends, product knowledge and competitors to enhance sales positioning and establish yourself as an expert for land acquisition technology.
  • Ensure the CRM is kept up to date with accurate information across all sales activities to support accurate forecasting and reporting.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

  • Minimum 2 years as an Account Executive or SDR at a SaaS company
  • B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Good familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement platforms
  • Experience in the property industry is a plus
